Terms and conditions

1. General ScoutPro is an online platform that helps people in football find and connect with each other. By registering on the platform you agree to these terms.

2. What ScoutPro is and is not ScoutPro is not a football club, academy, agency, agent or manager. The platform takes no part in selecting players, signing contracts, transfers or any other sporting or commercial decision. ScoutPro creates the opportunity; the final decision is always made by the parties themselves.

3. Account and registration Registration is free. One user can have several professional profiles. You are responsible for the security of your account and for every action taken with it. Registering in someone else's name is not allowed.

4. Profiles and the PRO plan Creating and publishing a profile is free in every category. The PRO plan is an optional paid service attached to one specific profile: for the chosen period that profile appears at the top of lists and search results and among the featured profiles on the home page, and it gets a PRO badge and view statistics. PRO is not a recommendation or an assessment by ScoutPro. When the period ends the profile stays published and simply appears in the usual order. The price of any separate extra service (for example a trial announcement or creating a tournament) is shown before payment.

5. Accuracy of information You confirm that the information you provide is true and up to date. Publishing false or misleading information leads to the profile being suspended or removed.

6. Verified profile The verification badge only means that the relevant document or information has been checked. It is not a professional recommendation, guarantee or assessment by ScoutPro.

7. Prohibited behaviour Insults, discrimination, spam, fraud, publishing other people's personal data without permission, any action harmful to minors and unlawful content are prohibited.

8. Content Rights to material uploaded to the platform remain with its owner. By uploading it you allow ScoutPro to store and display that material within the platform.

9. Limitation of liability ScoutPro is not responsible for information posted by users, including agreements that arise after people meet through the platform.

10. Changes ScoutPro may change these terms. Users will be informed about significant changes through the platform.
