1. What data we process We process registration data (name, email, phone, city), profile content, uploaded photos and videos, documents submitted for verification and technical data about how the platform is used.
2. Why we process it We need the data to create your account, publish your profile, make search and contact possible, keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.
3. Private documents Licences, diplomas and certificates are kept in closed storage. They are never published and are available only to authorised staff during verification.
4. Minors A minor player's exact date of birth is never shown publicly; the age or age group is shown instead. Phone and email are hidden by default. Publishing a public profile requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
5. Visibility You control your profile's visibility yourself: draft, private, registered users only or public. Indexing by search engines depends on this setting.
6. Sharing data We do not sell data. We share it only with services the platform needs in order to work, such as hosting and payment providers, on a lawful basis.
7. Your rights You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, as well as full deletion of your account. Send your request through the platform's contact channel.
8. Retention We keep data while the account is active or for as long as the law requires.
